Before you come in

How long does the first visit take?

Plan for about 45 minutes - 1 hour. Consultation, exam, X-ray, and your report of findings, most patients say it's the most thorough evaluation they've had.

What should I bring?

A photo ID, your insurance card if you have BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, or Aetna, and any recent imaging or reports if they exist. Comfortable clothing helps.

Do I need X-rays?

In nearly all new-patient cases, yes, imaging is how we correct rather than guess, and it's complimentary in your first visit. Exceptions (like pregnancy) are handled case by case.

Can I be adjusted on the first visit?

Often, yes, after your exam and imaging review, if your doctor confirms it's appropriate. Complex cases may start at the second visit once imaging has been fully studied.

What if you can't help me?
