We look forward to meeting you. As you come in for your initial visit, we want to share with you some information to make it a great experience for you.
Here’s what to expect on your first visit:
In order to make the best use of your time in our office, we recommend that you complete our new patient form(s) prior to coming in for your first appointment. Along with these forms, please come prepared with your photo ID and any applicable insurance.
2. Accepted Insurance Providers include the following:
During your initial visit to our office, our doctors will perform a personal consultation and exam in order to determine the source of any pain you may be experiencing.
This will help when prescribing the most appropriate course of treatment based on your condition. Periodically throughout your treatment plan, follow-up exams will be performed in order to map your progress.
During your first visit to our office, we will take X-rays for diagnostic purposes. We are proud to offer advanced digital X-ray technology that allows us to reduce our carbon footprint while caring for our patients.
However, if you have recent x-rays (taken in the last 6 months), we may be able to use the images provided they are of clear quality and cover the areas needed for diagnosing. If you have questions about transferring x-rays to our office, please contact us at (615) 503-9900
If our doctors believe that you need to be treated on your initial visit then he will go through the treatment plan with you and decide with you what is right.
We look forward to taking care of you and your family. Don’t forget to sign up for our New Patient Special before you come in for your first visit to receive a complimentary visit from our team.
Our office is pleased to provide the following services:
Chiropractic care has proven to be a beneficial treatment for a broad range of aches and pains including back pain, neck pain, headaches, arthritis and more. Chiropractic adjustments are manipulations of the body that a Doctor of Chiropractic performs on a patient to correct spinal subluxations, often resulting in the immediate relief of a “tight” or “tense” area. Learn more about what a subluxation is here.
Acupuncture has been used for centuries as a natural treatment for a large number of ailments including infertility, pain, allergies, emotional health, and digestive disorders. The practice of acupuncture involves the use of small solid needles which are inserted into different parts of the body, called acupuncture points, depending on the patient’s symptoms. The procedure lasts approximately 30 minutes and is relatively painless.
